Costs
To be eligible to receive medical treatment in Switzerland, you will require at least one of the following:
- International Health Insurance for treatment abroad
- State Coverage by Letter of Guarantee or advanced payment
- Self-Financed -- To finance the treatment cost yourself, refer to the Reservation Policy for Self-Financed.
To confirm your appointments, we require prepayment in full for the estimated costs of your medical treatment. This deposit is payable to us, and then we liaise with the other parties to confirm your treatment and services. If the final invoices are less than the prepaid value, you will be reimbursed the difference, of course.
Final Invoice & Cost Monitoring for Self-Financed
During your stay, we monitor your costs and bills from the various service providers. Once all treatment is completed, we provide you with a final cost summary for all medical and non-medical services rendered, with copies of all of the original invoices. It rarely occurs that the final invoices are less than the prepaid value; but of course, you will be reimbursed the difference in this case.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed when we receive your deposit. If you cancel your reservation after this time, the Service Fee will not be refunded. In addition, cancellation fees relating to third parties (hospital, clinic, doctor, etc.) may also apply.
